done with block tests

Phew, finally, i'm over and done with block tests! I'm still not acustomed to having all the weird naming of test and exams. What block test really means? And, summer test? C'mon we are not western countries, and we are used to CA and SA. I don't understand why we didn't stick to it? Try to be innovative? Whatever. Another new school term is here! Our march holiday=study week. There's not even a marking day! So disappointed.

Just read a dozen of lolita making tutorial. I really wanted them so badly! Actually i wanted to sew them myself, i'm quite interested in it. But i don't know how it will turn out to be under my *rusty* fingers. To be frank, i have never sewn anything before, except that outer covering for my lamp. I like to sew but that doesn't mean i can sew them well. I'm afraid i'll make a mess out of it, and imagine i bought all the material (cloth, lace, elastic) going to waste. They are not cheap btw. However, after reading some of the tutorial, i started to have a glimpse of hope, but that's provided i have what i need. I think a sewing machine may come in useful, and that needs money. *sigh* My mom said i'm crazy, when i told her i wanted to make skirt. I kind of expected that. I need to brush up my sewing skills, i don't think it's that difficult, aftering reading most of them take 3-5 hours to make one skirt? That's pretty fast for me! I thought it make take up to a few days!

When do i have the time to make one? Looking forward to december holis~
