What's happening?!

I think my mp3 has gone haywire... and it's not even for a year? Going to check what's wrong with it. The expiry date for the warranty card ends somewhere like end of september?

Next thing getting on my nerves is our laptop. One 'hinge' for the screen nearly came off, i can almost see the interior casing with all the wires and stuffs! I feel like i might get electrocuted anytime. Sometimes, i even get static shock when i touch its surface! If the hinge really came off, the screen can be twisted just like how a tablet pc work! See how incredible?!

Hang on there please, i don't have any budget for both gadgets.
